Should I eat before class?

It is best to allow 1 - 2 hours between completing a meal and beginning a Yoga class.

Why must I have my own mat?

Mats are required for in-home private instruction and for SBCC classes.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. For your safety, avoid wearing black or baggy clothing as it impedes my ability to see your body alignment. Your shirt should be either snug or long enough to tuck in.
